How It Works:

1. Find a Lower Price – If you’ve found the same product available for a lower price from another retailer, let us know!

2. Provide Proof – Simply email or text us physical proof of the competitor’s price. This can be a screenshot, official quote, or advertised price.

3. Conditions Apply – We do not match sale or discounted items. However, at our discretion, we may still offer a better price where possible.

4. Receive a Private Invoice – Once verified, we will raise a private invoice through our Shopify platform, allowing you to complete the purchase easily.

Important Notes:

• The competitor’s price must include GST and any applicable delivery fees.

• The product must be identical in brand, model, and specifications.

• Price matches will not apply to liquidation sales, clearance events, or commercial bulk purchases.

• We reserve the right to decline a price match request if it does not meet our conditions.
