- Flat Rate: $120 AUD for all orders.
- Transit Time: 1–3 business days.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
Rural Western Australia

Depot Delivery: $120 AUD flat rate to the depot of your choice.
- Ensure you include the depot address when placing your order.
- Transit Time: 1–3 business days to the depot after processing.

Direct Delivery: If you require direct delivery to your rural location, please contact us before purchasing for a custom delivery quote.
- Transit Time & Final Delivery Fees: These will vary depending on your location and delivery method.
Local Pickup (Free)
- You can collect your order for free from our warehouse:
- Address: 9-11 Bannister Road, Canning Vale, Western Australia, 6155.
- Ready Time: Orders are typically ready for collection within 24 hours of placement.
- Important: Wait for a confirmation email before arriving to ensure your order is ready for collection.
- Verification: Bring your order confirmation email or valid ID when picking up.
Order Processing Times
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

- Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+08:00) on business days will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Areas
At this time, Perth Insulation Centre only ships within Western Australia. We do not provide international or nationwide shipping.

We will correct the delivery promptly at no additional cost. -

We will amend the error by delivering the correct products. -
If the Products Are Damaged or Faulty:
We will replace or refund the affected items at no cost to you. -
Change of Mind Returns:
These are subject to our Return Policy and include a 20% restocking fee.
